Sharing Paths is the book of a traveler, a hiker, a lover of nature, of landscapes, of encounters.
Ruben Brulat, while traveling just about everywhere, is always yearning to share something with the inhabitants of the lands he crosses and the other travelers he meets.
To immortalize these encounters, he asks his friends of the day, friends of the night, friends of the week to pose, naked, in the distance, lying in a landscape or curled up around a stone or a tree. The book also includes images made in the streets, images of the atmosphere of a place or of a moment, images that show a quite confident and reliable eye for a young photographer, and an interest for tones and hues, for nuances and patches of colors.
A really beautiful book that tells the story, through touching and almost spiritual images, the love of planet Earth and the human beings. A book that takes you in a captivating and bewitching journey...
NB : We are also offering the "limited" edition of this book (see "Suggestions" tab) that includes a 18x24 print and is presented in a walnut case, made by Ruben Brulat himself in his father's joiner workshop.

Project presentation by Christopher Héry: "22:19 illustrates the wide range of emotions - fear, boredom, camaraderie, relief - that two young men have experienced during an intense 8-minute period. This book has been designed to slowly reveal the location, the story, and its ending, to the viewer in a cinematographic manner. Time is the key element here...
