La première résidence des 3 photographes choisis Diana Lui, Alice Lévêque, Lea Patrix a eu lieu en janvier/février 2016 à Toulouse.
La résidence 1+2 est un programme photographique ancré à Toulouse et à vocation européenne. Il associe chaque année :
– 3 photographes : un photographe de renom et deux jeunes photographes de moins de 30 ans dont un/une toulousain(e)
– 3 villes européennes (Bruxelles et Barcelone pour 2016 et 2017)
– 3 supports (collection aux éditions Filigranes, exposition à Toulouse puis itinérante, film de suivi de résidence).
A mi-chemin entre workshop et résidence de création, ce programme annuel est inédit en France dans sa formulation et sa transversalité. Il a pour ambition de valoriser l’ensemble des patrimoines matériels et immatériels toulousains et régionaux au travers de trois productions photographiques concomitantes réalisées in situ : diasporas, mémoires, industries, savoir-faire, modes de vie, architecture…
La résidence 1+2 souhaite montrer tant au niveau national qu’international toute la richesse et la diversité de ces patrimoines. Elle est partie intégrante du lalel “Une Saison Photo” à Toulouse."
