Superbe présentation pour ce livre, cet objet de fantasmes : dans une boîte métallique rouge, le livret petit format, cousu, contient les images qu'il faut cacher.

Les femmes de Bettina Rheims s'aiment entre elles, sans limites, dans des attitudes extrêmement provocantes, indécentes.

Des images à l'érotisme évident, frontal, mais aussi presque clinquant. L'artiste et les modèles jouent avec les codes : les poses et les attitudes forcées ou surjouées, les regards absents, le maquillage trop parfait nous montrent des femmes-mannequins qui nous interrogent sur la frontière, l'imbrication, la confusion entre érotisme et fétichisme.
