be Berlin

be Berlin is a walk in the city of Berlin using pinhole photography (in Black & White and in colour). We are taken more specifically to the less interesting and somewhat derelict neighborhoods, where old factory buildings with broken windows are walled-up and covered in tags.

The city is seen from an unusual and original standpoint in this very personal work. The images are made from very close to the ground, and the artist often appears in his own images (thanks to the prolonged exposure of the pinhole camera) like a spectral figure.
