Man Ray, born Emmanuel Radnitzky is American photographer, painter and film director; he is a figure of the Dada and Surrealist movements.

Man Ray worked mainly in Paris, a figure of the « Montparnasse » neighborhood and creative era between the two world wars, and a parisian until his death in 1976. Man Ray is mainly renowned for his photograms, his solarizations, his portraits of celebrities and his nudes.
