Nine Nameless Mountains
is the account of a trip in the Lofoten islands, at the Northern tip of Scandinavia, by a group of young photographers from Helsinki, Norway.

This body of work is a reflection "by one common author and his 16 eyes" on the making and the authorship of a project created by a collective.

This book, in a certain way, revisits the "road-trip" experience, and deals with the impossibility to reach the horizon, as a metaphor of the experience of life. The book itself is a beautiful object (shortlisted for the "Paris Photo / Aperture Awards 2013"), that takes us in a milky atmosphere of landscapes, in a halo of calm, where the sea and the mountains appear and disappear page after page...
