(Waiting for the Postman), is Alain Laboile's first book, published in 2012.

Alain Laboile is not a trained photographer, he has been taking pictures of his chlidren for years, in the house or in the large garden with a pond, insects, and other animals. Beautiful portraits, very touching images, for which the self-made photographer has won several awards and prizes. 

With the help of the social networks, his images quickly made it to the magazine (French "6 Mois") and online ("New York Times Lens Blog") where they almost went viral...
