«Du 19 novembre au 3 décembre 2013, The LBM Dispatch était sur les routes du Texas, le Lone Star State, explorant les gens, les lieux et la mythologie de la région mégapolitaine connue sous le nom de Texaplex. Nos randonnées sur ce territoire de près de 60 000 miles carrés (env. 150 000 km²), à peu près triangulaire, qui abrite plus de 70% de la population texane, comprenant les villes de Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, Galveston et San Antonio, ainsi que d'innombrables petites communautés où convergent le Vieux Sud et le Far West convergent pour créer une culture totalement unique qui continue à occuper une place importante dans l'imaginaire national.
Les résultats de ces voyages sont Texas Triangle, qui comprend des photos et des histoires du 50e anniversaire de l'assassinat de J.F.K., les éliminatoires de football, Thanksgiving à Houston, le lieu de naissance de Jack Johnson, et la 16ème (et dernière) exécution de l'État en 2013. "
