Présentation de l'éditeur :

"Mauricio Amarante has been living in Europe for a long time now, he is a musician, he plays with his brother Caesar. They started in the street. We met in Bordeaux.

In 2013 he returned to Buenos Aires for a few weeks. And then he prolonged his stay. For fear of return?

He finds himself « alone » and borrows a small camera from his nephew. He goes out every day in order to take photographs in modest neighborhoods south of the capital, red light districts populated by drugs and prostitution. This daily practice becomes passionate.

He walks the streets; the paths of his childhood, his present paths, he does not stop « recording ». He does not know what happens to him. He writes to me, he sends pictures, he shares his emotions.

This is the first time that Mauricio takes photographs."
